How we publish
Editorial Policy
Balanced Feminine Path publishes practical, symptom-specific information for women in perimenopause. Every article is written with a clear medical review process, named sources, and a transparent correction policy.
Who writes and reviews the content
Medical content is authored or reviewed by Dr. Oluwaseun Ade-Alade, Family Physician | Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, LMCA BSLM | Women's Health Educator. She has 15+ years of clinical experience and holds certification in lifestyle medicine. Non-medical content, such as product descriptions and customer support guidance, is edited for accuracy and clarity before publication.
How we choose sources
- Peer-reviewed research from PubMed, NIH, and major medical journals.
- Clinical guidelines from professional bodies such as The Menopause Society, NICE, and the British Menopause Society.
- Reputable health systems such as the NHS, Mayo Clinic, and Cleveland Clinic.
- We avoid anonymous forums, unverified personal blogs, and commercial pages without clear editorial oversight.
What we do not do
- We do not diagnose individual readers or prescribe treatments.
- We do not promote specific supplements, hormone products, or clinics for commercial gain.
- We do not use scare tactics or guaranteed-outcome language.
Updates and corrections
Articles are reviewed at least once a year or sooner when new clinical guidance is published. Each article shows a published date and a last-reviewed date. If we find a factual error, we correct it within the article and note the correction if it materially changes the advice.

Our digital guides and trackers are educational tools. They are designed to help you observe, record, and communicate symptoms. They are not medical devices and do not replace advice from a qualified clinician.
